"Dere får gode anmeldelser på Google" sier jeg til den hyggelige mannen bak disken, hvorav han smiler og svarer: "Vi strekker oss for å gi god service" Og god service fikk vi. Bilen var en knallrød Citroën C3 Aircross som kun hadde 20.000 km bak seg. Den var ren, ryddig og pen. Mannen forklarte om bilen, påpekte at vi måtte ha med leiekontrakten itilfelle politikontroll, og vi fikk også tre telefonnummer vi kunne ringe uansett tidspunkt hvis noe skjedde med bilen eller hvis vi fikk problemer. Bilen ble levert med halv tank, noe som også sto i kontrakten slik at vi kunne levere den tilbake med samme nivå. Når vi skulle levere bilen tilbake var det bare å parkere den i hotellets garasje (samme bygg som bilutleieselskapet) og levere nøkkel i resepsjonen. Her var det ingen skjulte kostnader, ingen suspekte trekk fra kredittkortet eller tull med liten skrift. Med hånden på hjertet kan vi anbefale dette leiebilselskapet med god samvittighet. Tipp topp 🙂

We were extremely satisfied with this car rental company. From the start, we were warmly welcomed by two very friendly staff members, and the third employee we met during the return was just as pleasant – we really felt well taken care of. The value for money was excellent: we rented a car with full coverage insurance at a fair price, and there were no hidden costs – everything was clear and straightforward. Unfortunately, the car was vandalized (key scratches) on the very first day. We reported the damage and sent a photo. The company handled the situation perfectly: no hassle at all, and the insurance covered everything. The whole process was completely smooth and professional. Another big plus: the rental office was within walking distance of our hotel – super convenient! If we visit Madeira again, we would definitely rent from them again. Thanks for the great service!

No passado dia 15 de Julho, após recomendação de um familiar alugamos um carro até ao dia 21 de julho, pretendíamos alugar o Opel Mokka, contudo por indisponibilidade alugamos o Hyundai e ficámos igualmente satisfeitos. Carro devidamente higienizado e com os critérios necessários para um conforto, potência para poder ser utilizado em passeios pela natureza, famíliar, ótimo para saídas casuais ou para cerimónia de casamento, como foi utilizado por nós. Condições de aluguer seguro com todos os riscos e condutor extra. Mais informo que realizaram desconto e infelizmente para nós não apresentaram disponibilidade para alugar novamente outra viatura para o resto da semana de férias, devido à elevada procura! I had a great experience with Perola Rent a Car! The service was excellent, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Everything went smoothly, even when paying in advance for a Smart ForTwo. The car was perfect for a couple visiting Madeira — surprisingly capable on the steep roads! A huge bonus: if you’re staying at Melia Mare, there’s free parking and a direct lift straight to your room. Highly recommended!
